How we process your personal data and which trackers this website uses.
Introduction

Data collected and purposes
- • Quote or contact request (form): first name, last name, company, email, phone, project description. Purpose: answering your request and preparing a proposal. Legal basis: legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps.
- • Newsletter sign-up: email (optionally name and company). Purpose: sending information about the hub's venues, activities and events. Legal basis: your consent, withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link.
- • Conversational assistant (chatbot): the content of the messages you type. Purpose: guiding you to the relevant pages and venues. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Please do not enter sensitive data.
- • Browsing: technical logs kept by the hosting provider (IP address, timestamp, pages viewed) for security and proper operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Retention periods
Business enquiries: 3 years from the last contact. Newsletter: until you withdraw your consent. Assistant conversations: kept for the duration of the session only, with no long-term archiving. Technical logs: as applied by the hosting provider (generally 12 months maximum).
Recipients and processors
Your data is intended for the E10.10 teams and, where relevant, the partner venues concerned by your request. We use the following providers: Sellsy (forms and customer relationship management), O2switch (website hosting), Google (Google Maps and YouTube for embedded maps and videos), and an artificial intelligence service powering the conversational assistant. No data is sold to third parties.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers (notably Google and the AI service) may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism.
Cookies and third-party content
This website sets no advertising cookies and uses no analytics tool. Only your consent choice is stored locally in your browser. Google Maps maps, YouTube videos and Sellsy forms are third-party content that may set cookies: they are only loaded after your agreement, and you can change your choice at any time via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.
Your rights
