Sailing seminars, team building and corporate regattas in the bay of Marseille: from 4 to 150 people, boarding possible at the Mucem.
The provider
Team Winds takes your teams sailing to engage them. Sailing as a crew is team building at its purest: management, hierarchy, communication, strategy — the on-board experience transfers straight back to the company. A professional skipper sails on every boat and makes sure everyone takes part safely.
Activities offered
• Sailing seminars and team building at sea
• Participatory corporate regattas on the Olympic sailing venue
• Coaching through sailing
• À la carte options: picnic in the Calanques National Park, stop at the Frioul islands, swimming break
• Typical day: 9am shuttle transfer, 10am on-board briefing, regattas, lunch at Frioul, sailing in the bay and calanques, 4.30pm landing at the Mucem
Capacity
From 4 to 150 people at the same time. No sailing experience required.
Duration & budget
From a half day (3 h) to several days; indicative budget €150 to €200 per person, including boat charter, professional skipper and insurance.
Access
Boarding from the Vieux-Port / Mucem in Marseille or from the Frioul archipelago base (shuttle).
